Working Mechanism:

Drive shaft rotation by motor;

The drive shaft transfers the driving force to the main drive cardan shaft;

The main driving cardan shaft drives the exciter to produce a linear vibration force, and the angle between the exciting force direction and the horizontal angle is 45°;

The linear exciting force is continuously and continuously acting on the sieve machine, so that the sieve machine vibrates on the supporting spring, and supporting spring reduces the load on the base of the sieving machine;

The screen surface is synchronously vibrating under the driving of the sieving machine, and the force is transmitted to the material on the sieve, so that the material is thrown forward and layered in the sieve surface, and the gradation carried out according to the required granularity.

Materials rolling into the feed chute to input for screening machines pass screen surface to processing, the screen underflow will expel to the discharge chute, riddlings will enter into the front discharge chute.
