TechGart was established in 2003. Based on the advanced international coal preparation design concepts and process technologies from the United States, Australia and other countries together with 20 years of its own scientific and technological research and independent innovation, TechGart has been developed as one comprehensive technology company specialized in coal preparation plant engineering, EPC, project management, operation services, industrial artificial intelligence, equipment manufacturing and consulting services. TechGart wins the titles of national high-tech enterprise and Beijing’s "professional, refined, specialized and innovative" small and medium-sized enterprise, and received the certificates of ISO9001:2015 quality management system, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system, ISO45001:2018 health and safety management system and other authoritative certifications. TechGart owns 4 invention patents, 47 utility model patents and 19 software copyrights and published more than one hundred papers in the major national journals.

TechGart has built more than 100 coal preparation plant and material handling facility EPC projects, among which there are more than 27 large coal preparation plants with a raw coal capacity of larger than 10 million tons per year. TechGart’s projects locate at major coal producing provinces in China with a total amount of raw coal washing capacity of more than 500 million tons per year. Our customers includes major Chinese government energy groups and some international coal groups from United States, Russia, Indonesia, Mongolia, etc. with the high-quality projects and services.

TechGart has been deeply cooperating with Taiyuan University of Science and Technology in the field of clean coal technology and coal efficient utilization and developed coal desulfurization and coal upgrading technology. We jointly established a clean fuel engineering research center with fully equipped laboratory and instruments for the preparation, characterization and combustion evaluation of coal-based clean fuels. Trough over ten years of research, the "Coal catalytic hydrogenation to achieve dual functions of desulfurization and caking property enhancement to improve their quality" has been certified as an internationally leading achievement.
