Coal preparation process
Project adopt 200-13mm dense medium shallow slot sorting machine to separation,10-1.5mm smalls coal adopt pressurized two product dense medium cyclone,1.5-0.25mm coarse slime adopt spiral and 0.25-0mm fine slime use filter press to dewatering and recycle. This plant’s product is sized ≥ 100 mm jumbo lump coal, 25mm ≤ sized ≤ 100mm clean coal and 10mm ≤ sized ≤ 25 mm small sized clean coal.
This project has been release-to-production in 2010.Production operation is efficient, system running is steady and running cost is lower.
